Time to buy
Since the economy is down
the prices of houses are significantly lower
its a good time to buy houses, but not sell houses
if you got the money to buy a house or 2
go for it
(:
what do you guys think about this

I totally agree. Those who buy houses now will benefit once the economy gets better.
The trouble is, since the economy is falling, how to get the money haha.

Yeah I wish we could afford a house right now. If we could we would've moved to where we want to live and stop renting...Hopefully the market will still be like this next year when we plan on moving... we can only cross our fingers.

I’m sure that I’m not the only one wanting to get a house right now but the trouble is that I don’t have the money yet. I’m thinking that once I got my money back from my investments then I could buy my home. I’m just hoping that the economy would be down next year.

The subprime crisis may not have reached its bottom yet; for me I will wait a while longer while accumulating resoruces so as to minimize the size of the loan.

Yep, I definitely agree that it is time to buy right now if you've got the $$. I know a guy who bought a $700,000 house for $500,000 - because the owner really wanted to sell it, and the market is down, so not many people have the cash. Quite a good deal I'd say!

I think it's a great time to start looking around. I know that housing prices have plummeted in some parts of the country and there are some great deals out here. In my part of the U.S, we haven't been hit too hard so prices are holding stable.

Start buying now
if you got the credit and enough money to buy a house
even a small condo
DO IT
once you get it
rent it out so that it'll cover the mortage payments and even make you some money too
then 10 years later you will look back on this great investment because the value of your property probably doubled, maybe even tripled
